Please be aware that only full members of the DCA may actually vote on proposals at the AGM. A paper has been circulated explaining this and encouraging non-members to take up membership. If you will be missing the AGM then remember that proxy voting is available and is explained in the papers sent out.

The AGM will not start any earlier than shown above, but may start later if the GM takes longer than expected.
