Hello, Papers for the two meetings on the 8th December 2025 are now available on the web site at :  GM and AGM-2025 papers https://dirletonvillage.org/dca-agm-2025 Please be aware that only full members of the DCA may actually vote on proposals at the AGM.  A paper has been circulated explaining this and encouraging non-members to take up membership.  If you will be missing the AGM then remember that proxy voting is available and is explained in the papers sent out. A General Meeting and the Annual General Meeting of the Dirleton Community Association for 2024-25 will be held on  Monday 8th December 2025 At the Castle Inn, Dirleton in the Function Room, starting at 1830hrs The format for the evening will be: 1830hrs General Meeting Start 1915hrs Mince pies and drinks served 1945hrs Annual General Meeting Start The AGM will not start any earlier than shown above, but may start later if the GM takes longer than expected.
