Dirleton Bowling Club

Dirleton Bowling Club, East Lothian, Scotland.

The club was founded in 1882 and is believed the be the oldest lawn bowls club in Scotland.

The village bowling club is delighted to be able to invite you along for another summer of glorious bowling in the castle grounds. An evening bowling with friends on the historic, scenic green in front of the castle as it turns orange in the setting sun is a memorable experience, and one not to be missed. Members can play any time, but the club meets on Wednesday evenings for practice sessions, and on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons for casual club games. In addition, internal competitions run all summer. Come along at one of these times or telephone Lynn Anderson on 01620 850526 for more information.

The clubhouse has been completely renovated, and photos of the renovation can be seen on the Dirleton village website photo gallery. We hope to see you this year.
